The Massachusetts High School Football Coaches Association decided to expanded its recognition of high school football players concurrent with the MIAA switch to statewide divisions in 2021. Each division has its own 27 member team covering all positions including a special teams. The players selected have be nominated by their head coach or an opposing coach.
