OUTSTANDING SERVICE TO YOUTH FOOTBALL AWARD 2009
The Massachusetts High School Football Coaches Association each year recognizes an individual for outstanding
dedication to youth football.  The award is presented during the breakfast at our annual football coaches’clinic in
January, held at the Boston Marriott Quincy.  The 2008 clinic dates are Friday evening January 2
3, and all day
Saturday January 2
4.  The breakfast with Coach Jeff Jagodzinski of Boston College is from 8:30-9:30 on Saturday
morning.

The MHSFCA would like to solicit nominations for all deserving candidates.  The criteria for the award are as follows:

1.        A person with a long time commitment to youth football.
2.        A positive person who encourages and supports young people in their football and non-football endeavors.
3.        A positive role model for young people who sets good examples by his or her daily actions.
4.        A person who instills confidence, dedication to team, courage and fair play in youth players.
5.        A person who has enthusiastically promoted the great game of football to youth players.

A brief letter detailing the individual’s contributions to youth football will serve as a nomination form for this award.
